These Official Sweepstakes Rules govern the Likya Restaurant Sweepstakes offered by Likya Scholars LLC, operating as Likya.By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. SponsorThe Likya Restaurant Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Likya Scholars LLC, operating as Likya. Participating restaurants are promotional partners only and do not administer the Sweepstakes or select winners.

2. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins August 14, 2026 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends June 1, 2027 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time

3. EligibilityThe Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and who access the promotion through a participating restaurant located in the United States. U.S. residency is not required. Foreign visitors may enter while visiting a participating U.S. restaurant, provided participation is lawful where they reside.
‍Florida residents are not eligible to enter.Employees, owners, contractors, and representatives of Likya or participating restaurants, along with their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

4. How to EnterTo enter: Scan the Likya QR code at a participating restaurant. Complete the official online entry form. Select the restaurant where you encountered the promotion. Submit your entry.Limit one entry per person.No restaurant purchase, Likya booking, or other payment is required to enter.

5. Prize and Winner Selection There will be one randomly selected winner per participating restaurant. Each winner will receive a $150 restaurant voucher for the restaurant selected on their entry form. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that restaurant. Winners will be selected on or shortly after June 1, 2027. Potential winners will be contacted by email and by phone if a phone number was provided. A potential winner has to respond. If the potential winner does not respond or is determined to be ineligible, Likya may select an alternate winner.

6. Sweepstakes Voucher TermsThe $150 Sweepstakes voucher: Is not transferable; cannot be exchanged for cash; does not include applicable taxes. Expires December 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with accepting or using the prize.

7. Separate Likya Booking BenefitsThe following benefits are separate promotional booking benefits and are not Sweepstakes prizes. They are not awarded by chance and do not affect your odds of winning the $150 restaurant Sweepstakes. For eligible Likya bookings:  Receive $1,000 off. For scheduled group departures, the 5% discount may apply to a maximum of two guests per booking. The travel discount is: Non-transferable, Not redeemable for cash, Available only for qualifying bookings, Valid for qualifying bookings completed by December 31, 2027. To receive the $1,000 Likya travel discount, the customer must remain subscribed until the qualifying booking has been completed and paid for. Once the qualifying booking has been completed and paid for, unsubscribing from The Likya Journal will not remove a discount that has already been applied.

8. Restaurant Voucher With a Likya Booking: An eligible entrant who later completes a qualifying Likya booking may also receive a restaurant voucher. For qualifying bookings: Under $5,000: Receive one $100 restaurant voucher; $ 5,000 or more: Receive one $150 restaurant voucher. One booking-related restaurant voucher is available per qualifying booking, regardless of the number of travelers. The voucher will be for the participating restaurant selected on the entrant's original Sweepstakes entry form. This booking-related voucher is a promotional benefit and is separate from the random $150 Sweepstakes prize.
9. Privacy and Marketing
Personal information submitted through the promotion will be handled according to Likya's Privacy Policy. Newsletter and marketing communications will be handled according to the choices presented on the entry form. Subscription to The Likya Journal is not required to enter or win the random $150 restaurant Sweepstakes. 10. General TermsLikya may disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid entries. If fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, or circumstances outside Likya's reasonable control materially affect the Sweepstakes, Likya may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
