Relax and rejuvenate in a serene environment with your people.
Who is The Fifty Factor? A member community for mid-life women to create their best personal and professional lives.
Designed for a small group of women, in collaboration with The Fifty Factor. This trip to Turkey brings together participants navigating change, considering what comes next, or seeking space for clarity. With a maximum of six participants, the program prioritizes depth, trust, and meaningful exchange in a setting where life moves at a slower pace along the Lycian coast, creating the conditions for genuine personal reflection and transformation.
Days begin with a traditional Turkish breakfast and continue with guided excursions that introduce the region with context and care, while evenings remain open for rest, conversation, or independent exploration.
The program includes time for small group discussion and intimate workshops led by local women, allowing participants to reconnect with themselves while engaging meaningfully with the culture of Kaş.
If you are ready to invest time in thinking seriously about what comes next, you can reserve your place.

Every excursion is led by a licensed, English-speaking guide with deep knowledge of Lycian history and archaeology. They don't just narrate. They contextualize.

Private transfers from Dalaman Airport, plus all other transportation for the trip including national flights. Coastal roads, mountain passes, ancient harbors. Gaze on the views from a luxury van.

All trips are packed with Ancient history, Archaeology, Local culture, Nature and a Variety of Sports. Diving, Boat Tours, SUP & Kayaking. Customized to your itinerary.

Turkish language and cultural classes with Jordan and Ece. Cooking with Hatice, you'll learn how to make stuffed grape leaves. Market visits in town to watch the live haggling. You don't observe the culture. You live it!

A private three-bedroom villa with two and a half baths, overlooking the Mediterranean. Pool, terraces, gardens, and a long table for shared dinners. The villa is cleaned daily, beds are made, and your laundry is washed and folded.

Homemade Turkish breakfasts every morning by Hatice. Picnic packed, traditional sit down or casual street food lunches on excursion days. Group dinners at the villa most evenings, with select nights out at local restaurants and a dinner on the beach.

This villa is home
and we invite you here
this summer to experience
living like a local in Kaş.

Jordan is an ocean engineer and expedition traveler whose life has revolved around water and exploration. He has crossed the Atlantic twice, worked aboard ships in Alaska, guided diving trips along the Turkish coast, and spent much of his adult life moving between mountains and sea.Kaş has remained a constant throughout those travels. Through Likya Scholars, Jordan shares the place that first sparked his curiosity about the world.
Ece studied biology and completed her master’s degree in Berlin before returning to the coast she grew up visiting. Today she lives in Kaş most of the year. She now has been working in tourism and learning more about the history and region. She is naturally warm and thoughtful, she has a gift for bringing people together. For guests, Ece often becomes the bridge into daily life in town introducing the people, places, and small moments that make Kaş feel like home.

Villa Stay
You will stay in at our family owned villa on the Kaş peninsula, reserved exclusively for your group for the full duration of the week.
Daily housekeeping, fresh linens, and laundry service are included throughout the week. Breakfast is prepared each morning. Several dinners are cooked in-house. The space is maintained so that every time you return from a day out, it feels ready for you.
The villa sleeps up to six guests across 3 bedrooms, each with their own bed and shared room with access to private and shared bathrooms depending on first come first served basis.
Mornings begin slowly with coffee, breakfast, and the view. Afternoons offer time to decompress between outings. Evenings return to the villa for drinks, dinner, or simply sitting outside while watching the sunset.
This is not a hotel. It is a home base and that difference shapes the entire week in Kaş.
Istanbul Stay
We will stay in a hotel in Istanbul. We will plan for two per room with their own bed and the option to upgrade to your own room. Upgrades can be purchased as an add on when checking out with our secure payment system stripe.
International flights to and from Turkey are not included in the program. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights.
We recommend arriving before 15:00 on the first day to allow for a coordinated group transfer. The preferred arrival airport is Dalaman, with Antalya as an alternative if needed. Departure flights should be arranged from Istanbul at the end of the program.
Support is provided throughout this process. We are available to review options, recommend routes, and coordinate arrival and departure timing to ensure a smooth start and end to the experience. This can be done over email or on a short call.
Contact us to review flight options.
Once in Turkey, all transportation is arranged and managed. This includes airport transfers, a domestic flight from Dalaman to Istanbul, and all ground transportation throughout the program.
The structure is designed so that after arrival, participants do not need to think about logistics. Movement between locations, timing, and coordination are handled in real time.
Everything required for the program is arranged in advance and managed throughout.
The program is designed as a continuous, supported experience, allowing you to focus on yourself and the experience rather than logistics and stressing about the small detail that we will take care of.
