Our home base on the Çukurbağ Peninsula: a private three-bedroom villa with a pool and sea-view terraces, ten minutes from Kaş town. Every room looks out to the sea or the garden.
Villa Savad sits on a private complex with neighboring villas. As your group grows we add villas, so everyone stays on the same property: easy mornings together, shared dinners and no one staying across town.
For larger groups and organizations, we work with two hotels: one sized for groups of up to 20 and one for up to 40. Your group stays under one roof, with the same Likya hosts, guides and excursions as our villa trips.
Stone walls, open terraces, the sound of the sea below. 10 minutes to town, but removed enough to feel like the coast belongs to you. By day three, it stops feeling like someone else's home and you learn where everything is. You swim in the pool at sunset and dine on home cooked meals or venture easily into town.

Built with local materials, the villa has all the luxuries you are accustomed to. Room preferences are selected at time of booking, based upon your initial conversation with us.

Turkish breakfast on the terrace includes fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, local cheese, warm bread, olives, and honey from the valley and traditional Turkish coffee and tea. You can even pick your own figs and pomegranates from our trees! Then the day begins: a hike along the coast, a boat to a hidden bay, a drive to an ancient city.
After a morning at Lycian tombs, a hidden bay, or a coastal trail, the villa pulls you back. The pool hangs over the hillside. Someone is reading. Someone is napping in the hammock. Others are having a cold drink. A discussion ensues -where shall we go to watch the sunset tonight!?
Our private chef has been cooking since early afternoon. Grilled fish, roasted vegetables, tasty meze unlike anything you've ever tasted. Candles on the terrace. The conversation spills into the evening.

Fly into Dalaman (DLM), about 2½ hours away, or Antalya (AYT), about 3½ hours. A private transfer meets you at arrivals and brings you to the door.
Wifi and air conditioning throughout, laundry, a barbecue, and sea access. The house is cleaned during your stay (extra), and a local bus to town passes every half hour.
Depending on your booking, our chef cooks Turkish breakfasts and home-style dinners on the terrace most nights, with some evenings out at our favorite restaurants in town.
Each villa sleeps six to seven. Our main villa sits on a complex, so as your group grows, we add neighboring villas, and everyone stays on the same property, up to 24 guests. For bigger groups and other services, we have hotels for up to 20 or 40 guests.
Check-out is flexible depending on the next guest's arrival, after one last breakfast. We time your transfer to your flight.
